I had the opportunnity to produce my bachelor thesis during an internship at Adidas Group Headquarters in Herzogenaurach (DE). Out of three ideas we successfully pitched we choose to engage young customers at adidas’ storefronts. After analyzing the target group and setting, we decided on an integrative and playful approach. Projection mapping made it possible to integrate real products into virtual scenarios and the Kinect technology enabled intuitive gestures. The concept included product display and social gaming aspects.
In 2012 the project was complemented with visuals by Florian Fick.
